How We Help Employers
We Help Employees Return to Work
We help employees disabled by physical, cognitive, or emotional and behavioural barriers to return to their previous position, or to another opportunity more suited to their abilities. Successful team work with the client, employer and treatment team allows us to make solid and practical recommendations for a graded return to work program. We do this by assessing the client and matching this with the cognitive, physical, behavioural, and psychological determinants of job performance.
We Help Employers Mitigate Risk
Work Health and Safety Consultation is a legal requirement and an essential part of managing health and safety risks. Our involvement can help lower costs through monitoring high risk for employers and employees to optimise outcome. We do this by undertaking risk management activities, proposing changes that may affect workers, assessing the adequacy of facilities for the welfare of workers and providing individualised interventions to decrease cost of care as a whole. A safe workplace is more easily achieved when everyone involved in the work communicates with each other to identify hazards and risks.
Our approach is to monitor key metrics to mitigate costs BEFORE they arise.
We Help Keep Employees Healthy and Reduce Absenteeism
We help reduce absenteeism by making sure workstations are ergonomically safe, and by providing education on ergonomic and biomechanical principals. Whether sitting at a desk, driving a heavy vehicle, or in a kitchen, proper equipment and correct posturing is essential to promoting employee longevity in any position.
