A Medico Legal Assessment documents your current level of function, which is used as part of a personal injury claim in legal and court matters.
These reports contain information pertaining to factual matters of the case, background information on the individual in question and their relationships, the results of their functional assessment, and the opinion of the Coastal Rehab occupational therapist working on the case.
This depends on the outcome of the client consultation and the nature of the case. It is usually best to have any needed assessments done well in advance to ensure they are done correctly.
